The location was superb it was close to almost everything. The cleaning ladies were so kind and welcoming, I was truly sad to leave them. The security guards were consistently helpful and brightened our days with their big smiles. The receptionists were amazing as well. When we lost our phone, they quickly assisted us in finding it and were so kind and patient throughout.

Staffs are friendly and they can communicate in English. Food is easily found nearby. Walking to the BTS station took about 15 mins however can take taxis (30 baht). Opposite the BTS station is the Big C supermarket and foodcourt. Street food are easily available. Air conditioning is Great as the overhanging unit typed were installed.

I liked everything, the staff was amazing and so helpful and cheery and the breakfast buffet was really good, everyday was something different. Our room was really good and the beds were super comfy. I would definitely recommend this place

The buffet is excellent. Menu has wide selectiion.

Spacious clean room, great decor, great service and staff. Aircon is amazing and even though we didn't request our room to be cleaned, a bag was left on our door containing more bottled water, toilet paper and coffee. Bed was also huge!! This place is worth every baht!

I am very happy with the hotel. The location, staff and facilities were all perfect.

Breakfast was essentially coffee and biscuits, which was fine with us. The room was surprisingly spacious, the mattress was not the typical hard beds usually encountered in SE Asia, but instead was very comfortable for our 'soft' western bodies. The whole place was very clean. A/C, refrigerator, electric kettle and Nescafe in the rooms. At booking, we requested a quiet room, and were given just that. Slept very well. We were greeted upon arrival by Mr. Peach at the front desk, who speaks excellent English and was very helpful. We were within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and there is a 7-11 right next door for convenience. In total, more than we had expected.

The hotel is very close to BTS and is walking distance to restaurants or shops. All staff are very helpful and very friendly. They really tried their best to help us in all our questions. I will recommend VIX hotel to my friends. :)

Cosy hotel, friendly staff, they offer free coffee/tea and brownies or cupcakes at the lobby which was very nice. Location was okay, convenience store, pharmacy, some shopping malls close by
