great location, room was clean and spacious and more than enough for two left alone for one. great in-room service for breakfast. however, the coffee beans and coffee produced used wasn't too good - slightly disappointed on that.

Everything was excellent from the pick up at the airport, the check-in, the staff, the facilities, the breakfast to the check out. In total we stayed 8 nights and loved every minute of it. I just want to stress again how incredible the staff were - great customer service is no longer guaranteed everywhere in Bangkok and the tram here was incredible.

Everything! The rooms are beautiful, the staff are incredible, and the service is impeccable. Everything was perfect, and it truly was unforgettable. Special mention to Suny and Rashed who were so lovely. I cannot wait to come back

This is my go-to hotel in Bangkok. Love the rooms, bed and pillows so comfortable, short walk to Central Embassy, pool is perfect and breakfast is divine. Staff so accommodating and helpful. Love Athenee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Radisson Hotel Chateau Bangkok which was newly renovated. Our room is spacious, cozy and clean with well-thought-out features focussing on guest convenience and functionality. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom bright, spacious with powerful shower. The location is very convenient for BTS and nearby restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Another major plus is the friendly and helpful staff throughout the Hotel, special thanks to JJ, the Front Office Manager who is warm, efficient and attentive. We will return when we next visit Bangkok and will definitely recommend Radisson Hotel Chateau Bangkok.

The place, it’s not far from downtown and everything that you need to do! . The room so clean en big and the service that you give is really good! Good people with good heart.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially the front office staff they always welcome with a smile. We never felt that we were away from home. The room was so comfortable and clean. One thing i most admired was the living space with the kitchen and washing machine. As i traveled with my kids that was such a game changer for me during the whole trip. We would definitely stay here if we come again 😊.
