The location of the hotel is great. Close to the Blue line and easy access to two shopping centres , one of which could be accessed from the hotel itself. Also close enough to Jodd Fairs Market, being one stop away. Enjoyed the happy hour at the in-house bar with the live singer and pianist. The layout was very relaxing. The staff are very attentive and polite, and this is evident from the time you check-in up until checkout. Breakfast was great with numerous fresh options. The room itself was clean, comfortable and I slept well. The hotel itself was rather peaceful and quiet despite being in a busy district. Shower was good and powerful. The pool area was comfortable and well maintained. I would happily return to this hotel.

The Staff is lovely and very professional, warm welcoming and perfect services, love it :) The breakfast is the best breakfast i had in an hotel, my stay was just perfect, thanks to them :)

The hotel room is very clean and bright. The bathroom is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and friendly. My dad is on wheelchair. The staff always helped pushing the wheelchair and keeping the lift. The location is great. Big C is in front of the hotel. 7/11, market, night market are just 5-10’ away. The area is lively also in the evening.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the end of Sukhumvit 11 and has access to the river and also the main road. The rooms were great and the staff was very friendly at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is very beautiful and also has a great location. You can easily find the train stations and go everywhere in the city. The staff working there are amazing. The two girls are very accommodating and very very very respectful. My fiance and I love this staff and the place and we honestly recommended 10 out of 10..

It had easy parking and beautiful layout with good security. Even though the room wasn't very big, it was big enough for our small crib. It was a great place for the price!

Everything, location, services, hospitality and the friendliness of the staff

Everything was perfect about this hotel. To start with, it is only a ten-minute walk from the nearest MRT/subway station on the blue line, which in turn is only a stop away from the subway stop/train station that links the city with the international airport. The room was perfect in terms of both size and layout and had a nice view of the surrounding area. I asked the staff if I could get a room on that side of the building because of the nice view and they kindly obliged. Speaking of which, the receptionists, the manager, the cleaners and the rest of the staff were all extremely considerate, kind and efficient and helped make my stay in Bangkok even more pleasant. Last but not least, its room rates are definitely cheap.

The location is probably the best trait of FX Hotel Metrolink Makkasan. It's next door to the metro and the airport railway link, giving immediate connection to many points of interest in the city. Moreover, despite being next to a very busy road, the hotel is located in a secondary road that is very quite. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I had a flight very early next morning, and they prepared a breakfast box for me at 5 AM. The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is clean and very functional.

Location is very convenient. Close to MRT Petchaburi and Airport Rail Link Makkasan. But if traffic on road can be horrible during peak time. There is 7-11 just next to hotel lift and if you have a car, there are sufficient parking lot. Staff and the owner Khun Khim are very kind and helpful. This is a newly opened hotel. Everything is new and clean. Inside the room there is an air purifier and also 2 bottles of water provided every day.
