I was delighted to see that the room and especially the view was excellent, and I appreciate that my requests were acknowledged. I believe it was Mr. Yongyuth (apologies if I got the name wrong, I didn't have time to write it down when I was leaving) who handled my check-in, and was very helpful and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Bangkok. It was one of my best hotel experiences to date. The location is extremely convenient, with pretty much anything you can think of a few minutes away.

Location is perfect, near MAT it’s very convenient to get everywhere and two nice department stores there. Also, massage shops street foods around it.

Ambience.. very subtle and polished .. quiet luxury

I've stayed before, it's very convenient for BTS and em. Apartment is nice, bright, comfortable and well designed Great park views. Staff were kind enough to let me use the shower and pool for my early arrival and arranged an early check-in. Gym is great, pool nice. I like it

The staff and the hotel are fantastic. We had our two dogs with us and we all felt at home here.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lisa and Witt who work on reception always welcome us with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. We stay here a lot because it is so central and right next to the BTS.

Big room, quick check in, and good shop at the ground floor. That is 24h open.

The location made me choose this hotel, while the staff who very helpful and the cleanliness made me come back to this hotel when I come back to Bangkok next time. Overall I’m happy with 24inn. Thank you so much for the 2 guys.

The perfect place to stay in BKK! Walking distance to everything! Very big place! Loved it there!

We loved the quiet location with the 24/7 tuk tuk service that dropped us on the main road. We could have the best of both worlds: quiet sleep and connection to the city buzz and sky train stop in 1 minute. Also loved the apartment, super comfortable, clean and spacious.

Breakfast was exceptional. It was starting at 5:30 AM, so it was very convenient to have breakfast before going on a scheduled road trip. The hotel, including a room, was very modern. The location was great, near a metro station and shopping malls, where you could have great meals at food courts. A lot of shops, bars and restaurants are nearby - so it can satisfy anyone's need.

This hotel I love most in Sukhumvit area. Staff are all very genuine good hearted people, no fake politbess like most of other hotels around. They dont try to rip you off with money. I feel absolutly safe in this hotel. Majestic old style building which is not damaged with michelin star, fusion etc nonsense. No indian/arab crowd which I dont like at all.

This is our second stay at the hotel. The location is in an excellent location - close to transport, shopping and sights. The staff are fabulous . It's very friendly and homey. Gave great advice on what sights to see. The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety available. They also cater for vegetarians which we really appreciated,. The chefs were very responsive to our needs. In fact, all of the staff were very helpful - reception, housekeeping, kitchen. The room was really clean and contained everything we needed.
