I’ve just had another wonderful stay at SO/ Bangkok, a place that has been my go-to destination for over 11 years. I’ve already booked my next stay, and it’s safe to say this hotel continues to exceed my expectations. At the forefront of its charm is the incredible staff—warm, attentive, and always ready to cater to your needs. Their genuine Thai hospitality shines from every corner, making you feel truly cared for from the moment you arrive. SO/ Bangkok’s unique touches continue to impress: from the delightful scent of the shampoo and shower gel to the cozy and stylish dark hallways of the Water Element. The views from the large window fronts in every room are stunning, especially in my favorite Earth Element corner rooms with a breathtaking view of Lumpini Park. While I was initially placed in a Water Element room with a city view, I was kindly offered a mid-stay room change to my preferred Earth Element corner room, which I truly appreciated. The calming ambiance and stylish design of Water Element remain favorites, but nothing compares to the views from Earth Element, with its expansive windows and calming park vista. I’m also delighted to report that the breakfast service at Red Oven, which had disappointed me back in 2022, has returned to the high standard I expect. The staff have regained their warmth and attentiveness, ensuring a wonderful dining experience each morning. The hotel has aged gracefully, maintaining its modern, stylish appeal, but I feel that some areas, like the sauna in the male changing room at So/Fit, could use a refresh. It’s disappointing that the sauna and the shower experience haven’t been maintained—the shower was broken in 2022 and remains in the same state during my 2024 stay. I hope this gets addressed soon, as these details are key to SO/'s otherwise impeccable reputation. Despite these small concerns, the thoughtful details at SO/ Bangkok continue to make every stay special.

Location, close to metro and amazing park, spacious room with kitchens, living room and bedroom

Everyone was so nice. It was so clean. So relaxing. Food so good. We felt like a king and queen. Pure luxery!! I have never had such an experience before. Thank you so much. Everyone. The whole staff, and especially Maxi, who was so funny and friendly.

Amazing hotel, best view, best rooftop and sunny pool zone! Staying here you feel that you’re loved! They are really taking care of all your needs and wishes, you can even choose a type of pillows!

Excellent location 5 min walk from lumpini BTS station,shopping mall Bangkok Ona,shopping mall Dusit park i MRT Sala Daeng. Great location with lots of restaurants and message salons. Lots of authentic thai street food.

Location: In the vicinity of Silom, a few restaurants nearby, great spot Amenities: Superb modern and clean rooms, perfect roof top pool for chilling, in case you need to wash your clothes, there is washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a small gym Staff: Super friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel over the Songkran holiday. The rooms were spacious and spotless, offering a perfect respite. I loved the delicious food served by the poolside lounge. After a day of water splashing, returning to such a welcoming atmosphere was a joy. The staff were genuinely charming. Highly recommended for a delightful holiday escape.

The room was very big, completely new and in a great position. The bathroom? Spacious, modern and clean. Everything was super cleaned and even the bed was very comfortable. There was even a washing machine and coffee in the room. What surprised us even more was the kindness of the staff, in particular Jubjang, that ensured a perfect check in, check out and service for every need. We did not tried the breakfast. We could even use the shower and the swimming pool after the check out - a perfect stay!

We were so impressed by our stay at the Sukhothai. From the check in process which began in the lounge with a welcome drink, to our departure two days later, everything was impeccable. The staff in particular deserve a special mention especially Noom who greeted us. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we had ever slept in. We can’t wait to come back.

Stunning view of Rumphini park. Staff are kind and friendly. Breakfast is great with some local Thai food and amazing selection of bread! Infinite pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in December. Every single details are perfect. Will definitely stay here for the next time!

The property is amazing and well located, close proximity to the main malls and they even have a complimentary shuttle to take you there. The front desk staff, the concierge staff, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff were simply amazing and super helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel for short trips in Bangkok and if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle.
