The service was absolutely amazing! The room was very clean, the location was perfect, and having a 7-Eleven shop as well as a Chinese restaurant right within the premises made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is doing an excellent job with housekeeping, room service, and guest service. Every time I arrived at the entrance with a cab, the staff never missed opening the door, which really made me feel welcomed. Even the small details, like the aromatic scent placed on the bed during turndown service, were a wonderful touch. I truly enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great bed, great personal. I got upgrade because I paid for sooner checkin and boy let me tell you I was lucky. View to die for (photo from my bed). Amazing location with public transport being very close.

We liked the kindness of the staff, very attentive and helpful. The traditional Thai style of the hotel creates a feeling of "zenitude." The food was excellent. The smell of the trees in the courtyard was lovely. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and peaceful yet centrally located.

Location, and how nice the staff was. Also the rooms are big and quite. It is a legendary old hotel, don't expect a Hilton hotel, but it is good and it has a sense of history

· It is the most wonderful place and great location, very convenient to travel. I used the subway to travel to tourist attractions throughout Bangkok very easily. Good service staff, friendly personality Always giving advice and helping me very well. The rooms are new, clean and spacious. I bought extra breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious. Next time I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great hotel, pretty decent buffet breakfast, and friendly welcoming staff. My double room was comfortable and had everything I needed. There are some good restaurants and a 7-11 right outside and the hotel provides a free shuttle to both MRT and BTS stations. However not a pick up from the stations so keep that in mind. The MRT is about 15min walk and the BTS maybe 30 min. The new shopping complex The One is 10min walk.

Everything. The people who work in this hotel are exceptional and the service was excellent. There is a relaxed ambience throughout the hotel and makes it an oasis in the heart of Bangkok. The breakfast, spa facilities and pool area are all to the highest standard. It is the perfect stay for your first time in Bangkok.

Above all the hotel personell, very nice and competent. At breakfast, an amazing crew, from the managers to waiters. Real good friends after all!

This hotel seamlessly provides a range of modern facilities, leaving no room for disappointment. My stay in Bangkok was thoroughly enjoyable, with no complaints to report. The location proved incredibly convenient, being in close proximity to the BTS and easily accessible to tuk-tuks, taxis, and other online service providers. I would unquestionably return, as the surrounding area boasts a variety of convenient food options and shops just around the corner. I genuinely love this place and its prime location.

Spacious rooms with strong ACs. The room on the 8th floor under the roof got pretty heated up by the evening when we got back from doing tourist stuff and it took only like 15 minutes to cool it all down. Fresh towels and bedsheets everyday. Water is also provided in recyclable glass bottles. Very cheap price, having read the other reviews, you'd think the unsatisfied guests were paying x5 what the price is. The hotel has a convenient pick up lobby for taxi. Also the blue line metro station is about 15 minutes away by foot. There is a seveneleven shop right next to the hotel which is open 24/7. Reception staff is pleasant. As a side note, my wife who is an architect/interior designer, said that the design is amazing. Despite being quite old, the design is exactly the sort of thing that high class luxury projects request these days. Fashion is cyclical after all :)
