Excellent location and amazingly attentive staff

Clean, great airco, comfy bed, room service cleaned our room everyday before noon (which is nice and quick), the pool was a nice refreshing dip in the heat of bangkok, the location is reasonably close to Patpong (if you want) and not too far from a metro and bts station (about a 10 minute slow walk). Whilst Bangkok is noisy, the room was quiet. Breakfast was a wonderful spread and the staff were all super friendly. Would stay again.

Great parking because of the car elevator, rooms were excellent value for money. Very close to the metro for when we didn't want to drive the car.

The hotel is new, modern, and exceeded our expectations. Staff were excellent and all facilities felt fresh and up to date.

The front desk staff, reception staff, and security guards were all very kind. . I stayed for 3 days and it was a very good stay. I would like to stay here again next time.

Amazing swimming pool an oasis in the city on a hot day. Location is also fantastic across the road from the pat pong night market and amazing restaurants near by. Although there’s also a lovely restaurant onsite.

The room was large and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean bed. Unfortunately the night we stayed was very noisy from neighbors and construction in the morning.

Wonderfull Hotel with wonderfull staff

Room was very comfy and cozy. It was quiet, no street sounds in the night. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in earlier due to our morning flight and afer check out we could leave our luggage in the lobby, which was also very helpful as we could enjoy the city before night train. Perfect place!

Still the best hotel in Bangkok, 6 Times we go there and we feel like it is Familie!🥰

Well kept hotel with very polite helpful staff.

Staff especially cleaning staff are very polite, respectful and friendly also providing perfect cleaning service. Front counter and entrance are so beautiful and temprature is good.

Breakfast was adequate and good

Cleanliness, walking distance to most places and connected to the shopping centre! That was a big bonus for my family

The room was very small but cozy and clean. Free coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The staff are friendly. I enjoyed my stay. Can recommend it for people with limited budgets as prices in Bangkok are expensive.

It’s very clean. The staff are so helpful and polite and very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel. Very impressed. I’ll be back again soon.
