when we first arrived to the location we were made aware that the room we booked was full and were given a family deluxe room for a free upgrade. this trip was a birthday trip for myself with my partner and this was the best gift we could have had. i would highly recommend taking advantage of the deluxe room, even if its just you and your spouse where you can have more space. there is dinner on site that we ordered (comes within 45 minutes) and even helped us open our wine bottle, offered us a bucket of ice and even when i accidently broke a glass they were beyond exceptional. ( i believe she is the manager/ always is at the front desk) you will always see here with a greeting smile to help with any recommendations, helped us rent a bike that they bring on site for you, and there dog on site is just as warm and loving. 100/10 recommend this place if you weren't thinking about it before, then go for the location which is so peaceful and enjoy pool as well.

Super nice host. Staff at reception, housekeeping, dining were accommodating and always at service Rooms were squeaky clean. Both normal shower & rain shower have high water pressure BF was great esp poached eggs with melted cheese on top.

Location is out of Chiang Mai center city but close to nature with a river close by for soothing sounds day and night. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is simple with a choice of fried rice or congee as main and toasts and salad for sides. Staffs are excellent and helpful. Happy with my stay.

Swimming pool and location to nearby attractions.

The amenities were nice. The bar was good for a late night snack since there are no shops nearby. Loved the heated pool. The appliances in the room were great ! Loved the garden. 10/10 overall. Super nice staffs too !

We loved this place! Rare to find this style / design of accommodation in Thailand. The owners do a beautiful job at pulling you into another part of the world. The condo was extremely comfortable. Sofa cushions and bed both sleep-able for a 100+ kilo 190cm guy. Perfectly clean with well-maintained, fresh-feeling cabinetry and modern fixtures in the bathroom. There was a desk in the living room where I could catch up on some work away from where I sleep, always a nice touch to keep these things separate. The room had a south-western facing balcony with a gorgeous view of the sunset behind the mountains of mae rim. Check-in and check out were both a breeze, with very pleasant and professional staff. Don't miss the espresso machine on the right of check in, where breakfast is served. We enjoyed a complimentary coffee at check out! Maid service also professional and attentive, we asked not to be bothered apart from daily water and they graciously accommodated. The place was quiet and peaceful. On the last day we caught up on some sleep until 10am without interruption. Lastly, the pool is well-maintained and clean. Enjoyed a quick dip and a few laps our first night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access everything I need. The price is absolutely worth it for what you get. The place is cosy, quiet, and feels very safe, which made me feel at home right away. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a comfortable atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the little details and the warm, welcoming vibe. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely come back again.
