Really welcoming staff, great breakfast, and the welcome and goodbye snacks were so sweet ! They even checked me in early. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was beautiful. Good shower. Would recommend.

This is my 15th visit to bangkok , i use to stay in different hotel. This time Im speechless! Such an amazing hotel ! It deserves 5 stars with no discussion. First the cleanliness of the room: when i entered to my room i felt that positive vibes , second and the most important point for me as i worked in customer service field is the staff of the hotel , all of them have been well selected for their designated job , all are polite , friendly and especially professional. Big thanks to Mr Kook who always welcomes us with his smile and always makes sure that we don’t forget any belongings from the taxi which i really appreciate this point (as many others hotel don’t do it) so they are unique. Third : the place of this hotel is more than amazing , you have everything around you and the most important is safe. Very close to Metro and subway around 10 min walking distance . Big thanks to Carlton team ! You ‘ve made our stay and definitely ll be back.

Good food court on the top floor and we enjoyed a movie here...

Good food court on the top floor and we enjoyed a movie here too on a hot day. Loads of stores if you feel like a bit of shopping. Is filled with escalators that go very high up so if you're scared of heights maybe use the lift. :)

Terminal 21 is beautiful.

Terminal 21 is beautiful. So many shops, food court, they have a four story escalator. A Robinson grocery. Must see each floor has a theme on cities of the world. Frisco chicago and others. A good way to spend on a rainy day.

Love the food centre and the variety of shops here.

Love the food centre and the variety of shops here. Had a fun day exploring everything. Even when we come back late from a day of shopping, the small cafes, food court and restaurants are still open. Best place to stay near to.

Big spacious rooms. Large comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very helpful. 3 bathrooms. We loved the Terminal 21 mall. This was very good value for the money, especially with a family of four on New Years Eve. The hotel prices for the two rooms we would need were extremely high for new years. This place was reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel, we liked everything about it. We only stayed one night. It is positioned in a quiet area but walking distance to the malls, terminal 21 and the soi. We left early to the airport and they prepared us a breakfast package to go. Very attentive and great customer service.

Newer hotel from Japanese chain in great location down very quiet soi 5 min walk to Terminal 21. Well designed & very clean room with separate toilet room and lots of luggage space. And it's always nice to have those Japanese hotel amenities (pajamas! lotions!). Relaxing small rooftop pool with pretty city view. Kind & helpful front desk staff. Recommend!

The pool was perfect, the room was large and the beds were soft. There was a washing machine that also drys in the room. The attached restaurant has good food, and the convenience store in the building, is very convenient. The location is good, 5 mins walk from terminal 21 mall and the Asok BTS station, tuctucs also wait often outside the hotel. This was probably our most convenient and comfortable stay while in Bangkok.
