From the airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala provided excellent service! I booked airport shuttle service which was so easy to find. A driver met us at arrivals with a sign, packed our luggage in the van, and we took a smooth ride to the Hilton. Every staff member we encountered upon arrival greeted us with a warm smile and explained everything we needed for our stay. The receptionist Kim Cynthia was very sweet! She checked us in and let us know how we could book a taxi and where to find a place to get our hair done (very much needed at the time!) Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious!

And police is completely useless institution. organized robberies and stolen your belonging crime is very common its can be happens to you or anyone. Foreigners please be careful. Because they're easy targeted always. This city is heaven for thief.
