Friendly, helpful, personable and very cool staff. Fabulous decor and history throughout. Noteworthy, unique touches wherever you looked. I’m a huge fan of both Joplin and Cohen so I just had to see the location of the “unmade bed”.

Soundproofing was good. Lots of restaurants closeby. Staff was friendly. They have a roof terrace to chill. They have a coffee machine and water refilling station downstairs.
