Great staff and Benjamin was very helpful with information such as making sure that we had all of our belongings before our Uber or Left driver left. Or having us check the license plate before we enter in our Uber or Left rides. Room was amazing with great views, staff was super helpful with checking us in and gave us great information!

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can explore the city easily from this location. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. I loved the open plan design. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast included in our stay and the buffet breakfast was so enjoyable .

Wonderful building, great location

The atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic, the area for breakfast and reception are cozy and allow also any type of activity/working etc. The room, although small, had everything including super comfortable bed and colored lights to give an extra vibe. Everything can be managed via a tabled, blinds, lights, room cleaning. The breakfast was amazing, much better than many ‘famous’ hotel chains. The checkin is self service… it took me literally 2 minutes to scan my passport and get my key. The staff is also very friendly and supportive for any need.

Great location next to the river and close to the train station. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Super location, super stuff. Great food at the restaurant. Very big rooms. The hotel is new. And the best thing is free coffee and water at the lobby.

The hotel was amazing. We requested for a better view room, and they fulfilled our wish. The location is amazing. Grant park, millenium park, michigan avenue all of them are in walking distance. Plus the train and bus stations are like 2 mins or 4 mins away. Amazing!!

Very good for solo cheap travellers. It's easy to get in and close to all the fun stuff in chicago. I stayed when it started snowing, and the room was warm. Has a water dispenser, which is helpful.

extremely comfortable beds, shower was excellent. Great location if you want to be in the loop area.

Great view. Right next to the London House and right opposite the trump tower. Walking distance to most locations downtown and good food options around.
