Front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and attentive at check in and check out. The room was clean with a nice view of the river, comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Fantastic location- literally across the street from the Chicago Theatre where we were attending a show; quick walk to Millennium Park as well as the River.

Close to all major attactions and subway station

Loved the room and the decor. Room was very quiet over night.

It was perfect to me because I got exactly what I was looking for. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. There was a good vibe in the lobby and all the staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was amazing. We requested for a better view room, and they fulfilled our wish. The location is amazing. Grant park, millenium park, michigan avenue all of them are in walking distance. Plus the train and bus stations are like 2 mins or 4 mins away. Amazing!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lot of bags and the attendant was right there with a cart to assist. They also informed us of events nearby.

The location and the view from our room is excellent. Breakfast was okay and the staff of the breakfast room was also very friendly. This place is a great value and certainly I will book it again when I go to Chicago.

Kenni! What a welcome - and what an extremely kind and generous person! People make the world go around and Kenni made all the difference. Stephanie and others were all great, too - yet the enthusiasm I was welcomed with, sleep depleted and somewhat groggy, it will stay with me my whole life. Sometimes, you are fortunate enough to meet people whom add brightness to everyday life; Kenni does just that.

Very good location close to subway, delicious continental breakfast with a great customer service received from Fanny and Javier 🙂. Confortable bed, clean room including bathroom, coffee machine in our room.
