Loved the room, friendly staff, the ease of catching the train across to Manhattan. Location was great.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The window faced the harbor, offering a beautiful and open view—especially stunning in the evening. The front desk staff were efficient, and the porter who helped with our luggage was incredibly friendly and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

the hotel has been renovated recently. Very nice and big rooms with a good space for work. the beds are so confortable and amazing. All the staff in the hotel is really really nice.

Even though an unpleasant Incident happened ,but the staff dealt with the situation professionally and listened to us properly.( Specially Ahmed was very cool and professional , I really appreciate it from all Ramada Wyndham staff members.) Surely when I am back in Jersey I will stay there again . Thank you ! 👍

The retreat is a wonderful place to stay at. We had some challenging logistics to work out due to bad planning on our part, and the staff were really helpful in sorting us out.

Modern & stylish! Comfortable & nicely designed room, very clean! All the staff are very kind & efficient. Cleaning ladies at 8th floor super nice & attentive. The location is simply great: secure area, just a few steps away from Hudson river and World Trade Center. Fully recommended, we will certainly choose it again.
