The stay was nice and comfortable

It's always a pleasant to stay..

Room was staged perfectly, it was clean(the whole hotel) breakfast was nice!

Best breakfast I've seen at a hotel! Staff is incredible! Awesome room! No complaints

Check-in was quick. The beds were firm and comfortable that we slept well. The breakfast was okay and the pool/jacuzzi was a plus for our relaxation and fun.

We had a great stay. The staff on check-in were very professional and even though there was a problem with the reservation your staff handled it extremely well and made it all work out just fine. The location served us very well and I would have to say that I would come back again if only to sleep in the beds. The beds were like clouds! Superb!

The property was very modern, clean and stylish. Probably the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve ever stayed in! The facilities; pool, fitness room and dining area were as nice as any Hilton, Marriott etc!

Great customer service. Location, easy access off the freeway. Comfortable room.

Extraordinary staff, big thanks to Aden and Amanda, u made my stay comfortable and fun!!

Loved the amenities and the cleanliness

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy parking

The breakfast was good and the location was great for my purpose. I had an early appointment at the VA hospital at American Lake. I would have had to drive the next morning in the fog and leave very early to make my appointment. Very convenient location for american Lake and Joint Base Lewis McCord

Facilities and rooms excellent. Gym 24 hours, which is great for travellers with jet lag (like me)!

Location was great, property well maintained, staff was very nice

Super convenient location, nice curtains to darken the room, has a bar and food.

We booked this hotel despite the reviews and past experiences of the neighborhood being sketchy and car break-ins. The neighborhood has changed! We had no problem parking our rental car in the front, back, or side of the building. That being said, the staff was friendly and competent. Our room was very clean and huge. The bed was comfortable, there was a desk area for working, giant closets, and the kitchenette was well equipped. Coffee maker, toaster, plates and cutlery, and plenty of pots and pans. Full size fridge, two burner cooktop, and dishwasher. The bathroom was comfortably designed and everything worked well. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, a meat (bacon or sausage), waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, instant hot oatmeal, bagels, muffins, English muffins, and a variety of dried fruits and nuts.
