The rooms are tidy, the right dimension and there is everything you need. The staff is very kind and professional. They are ready to help if you need. The gym and the swimming pool for guests are awsome. And also the distance from the main attractions of New York is fine with the metro. Everything was great. Thanks Reinassance!!!

The hotel’s greatest strength and value lies in its staff. The front desk staff I encountered were warm, professional, and highly attentive.

Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

There are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk from the subway station, which is quite convenient.

Very clean and comfortable environments, spacious and excellent environments, very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The location to the tennis courts was so convenient , its a 15min walk. During the tennis open you can see all the cars stuck in the traffic, but there you are strolling back to hotel. It is also near the subway station, and 30mins into Manhattan. There are lots of Mexican, S American type restaurants nearby which opens to late at night. People around there are super friendly. the hotel provides hot water, coffee, tea and there is a ice machine on every floor. The staff at the reception are all super nice to me.

The Hotel was very beautiful. The staff cleaned every day the room. Coffee and tea 24/7. It was wonderful. Thank you.

I enjoyed my stay and location was great.

The location was kind of edgy but it was okay because of parking. They even close the parking area so no worries if anybody will be there that isn’t supposed to be there. I was scared to book here because of the bad reviews but honestly it was a very good hotel, everything was clean and quiet, free parking & comfortable bed. Good hotel for the price

Location is great if you want to see Asia vibes in New York :) Location is great, metro station is 8 minutes away.

Service, location and break fast

The breakfast was great. Hotel staff was super friendly!

Room was good, hot shower, TV, good wifi, iron and iron board in the room which was a bonus. 7 min walk close to train station. Overall a pleasant stay

Lobby is bright and welcoming. Rooms are spotless clean. Food was excellent. Cold water with ice on constant supply. Very friendly staff. Felt welcomed and felt safe.

Tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities at the reception, it was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpfull

Did not get a chance to get breakfast as we were short of time. Needed to get to our next destination that early am.

We liked everything about the hotel, the staff, size of the room and close proximity to LaGuardia.
