Staff so amazing and kind. Decor a bit different and funky. View amazing! Breakfast very good. Lounge access very good value for money. Pool and spa very nice. Highly recommend. They were wonderful with the kids.

The hotel’s greatest strength and value lies in its staff. The front desk staff I encountered were warm, professional, and highly attentive.

Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially the staff member who checked us in.

There are many Chinese food nearby, the location is excellent, and I will stay in New York next time

The place was very clean and comfortable. We had all the basic amenities. The breakfast was okay. But rest everything was good. They have a parking on premises

Location is great if you want to see Asia vibes in New York :) Location is great, metro station is 8 minutes away.

Beds are wonderful. Slept like a log. Shower is huge, enough towels and toiletries for 4x ppl. Hosts are super accommodating and very helpful. TV wasn't working when we arrived and front desk helped us immediately. Ice is easy to access for our cold drinks in the evenings. Daily room service made our room very inviting each of our 6 nights we returned from exploring NYC. Breakfast options are excellent and well maintained during service. Got our days off to a refreshing start. Location is 8min walk to Main Street flushing station which has the 7 train direct to midtown. Next time we come, we're only staying at John Hotel.

Amazing staff,lady on the reception Pretty are fantastic, she is the crown 👑 of this hotel, nothing to much for her, so helpful and polite, she is amazing, professional and knowledgeable about costumer relationship, simply the best:)thank you so much for organising taxi for us and preparing coffee for us!!! Room was good, hot shower, TV, good wifi, iron and iron board in the room which was a bonus. 7 min walk close to train station. Overall a pleasant stay

I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me so i could rest. Staff was wonderful all shifts.

I left too early for the breakfast. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and property. I had a very good dinner the evening before! And the shuttle to the airport was excellent!

The cost benefit was worth it. We only stayed one night and for our purpose it was a perfect choice

Staff was excellent and patient at a time when people could have been nasty. The girl at the desk was kind and attentive.
