Wished I could have gotten the Handicap room I requested. But overall, an excellent facility.

Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Loved the river running right in front of the property and the outdoor furniture and fire pits everywhere. Staff were super friendly.

This was a perfect place to stay, it was clean, roomy and decorated nicely. There was even wood and starter next to the fireplace. We were close to downtown and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The Falls River runs directly in front of the condo and was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although we had to leave before breakfast started, they kindly allowed us to take a few breakfast items the day before, which was much appreciated. At check-out, we were also given bottled water along with some snacks, which was a thoughtful and welcome gesture. It was a nice touch that popcorn was available for free, adding a little extra to our experience. Overall, we felt well taken care of by the team.
