The location of the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and it was very clean and comfortable. For the marathon, they had a shuttle service to and from the race and that removed a lot of the stress of having to figure out your way in the city.

Fabulous accommodation, lovely and clean and so comfortable well located near public transport, not too far from the Riverwalk and downtown.

Location...just a skybridge away from the Convention Center. Downtown easily accessible.

Good value for money. Easy access to busses and trains. Clean and tidy premises. Nice staff.

The staff was overall friendly and welcoming, the room service lady of the 4th floor during most of my stay from the 3rd March up to 7th March deserves a compliment.

Good location, easy to approach

Everything’s clean and good. The hotel is located near the most touristic places. One extra point for it is that it has parking lot with no extra charges.

All arrangements, and specially behavior of reservation staffs. They all are well trained, friendly, helpful and have a lot of experience of customer service. I really enjoy a lot in staying with Chinatown Hotel.

Very good for solo cheap travellers. It's easy to get in and close to all the fun stuff in chicago. I stayed when it started snowing, and the room was warm. Has a water dispenser, which is helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room amenities were great with a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a convenient desk. Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. I look forward to staying with you again in the future :)

Location was ideal for this visit and stay was very comfortable. Breakfasts was good too which the family enjoyed overall during our stay.

Absolutely beautiful historic hotel.

Second time we stayed there - staff friendly and easy to deal with. There was an issue with power outlets in our room - no electricity in the actual room - this was addressed in a manner of minutes. I would not see it as a big inconvenience, rather as an example how quick the reaction was. We were told that if it cannot be fixed right away, we will be given another room - there was no need. Room was very nice and spacious, same goes for the bathroom. No complaints, will stay again next time in Chicago.
