The hotel ultra comfortable. Has all the facilities, gym and business centre. Fulfil all our needs. The staff especially Jim Berg at reception was excellent, He is amazing and went over and above for accommodating our requests during our stay at the hotel. He is an asset to the hotel. A further staff member is Dan at the restaurant who really carries out exceptional service for breakfast. Amazing person who also goes the extra mile!

Amazing hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, the facilities are clean and the technology in the room is the best.

The staff was so helpful. They let me estly check in and late check out for free, which helped me a lot, especially when my flight was delayed. The location is perfect for the conference in downtown. In the center of all events. A lot of bars and restaurants around the corner. The famous 6th street is just 5 mins walk. The rooms are comfortable, absolutely OK for 1-2 nights

The hotel itself was immaculate. Super friendly staff and great location on 7th. Far enough away from the chaos of 6th but close enough to be near it all

Great accommodation in a fantastic location. Parking is alot at $62 a night - we left our car in the public car park across the road for $35 a day. Friendly staff and the rooms are cleverly designed and very clean. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of the awesome Austin nightlife.

A couple of episodes of Breaking Bad should have been filmed there. The place was exactly how I have imagined it

Breakfast was excellent and supported gluten-free meals. The room was spacious, and the hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were amazingly friendly. Check-in was smooth.

Staff excellent, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Karl on checking in was especially helpful. We had a large room with 2 very comfortable double beds.

Yes the bathrooms are shared but they're separate lockable rooms - each with a toilet, shower and sink. This made it feel private and comfortable. Location, cleanliness, wifi and vibes were all great.

The location is excellent. Staff friendly and the room is huge. Great Tv and bigger than usual range of cable channels. Kitchen is useful.

Only had coffee and a muffin. Staff excellent at breakfast very courteous and helpful.

Great, large room, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom. Everything was great. Walk to downtown Austin was 20 minutes. Very impressive.

The staff were amazing, from the valet guys to check in they were so wonderful to deal with. The rooms were nice and clean and so close to downtown. Beautiful old hotel with some modern touches. Would well recommend this hotel to anyone going to Austin

pool area and bars and restaurants were all fantastic. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. Lots of great restaurants and bars to visit near the location. Rooms were very well designed with beautiful artwork all throughout. Prices for the most part were very reasonable based on the quality of the property and the product. 7th floor bar/restaurant area seemed to be a fairly happening location for locals as well as for visitors.

The atmosphere and staff were excellent, great bars, great vibe attracting interesting people. Well done!
