Location and beach access, the staff was very friendly and delightful to be around.

Breakfast was okay but not great It was the only part of the trip that was average It’s buffet style so you could tell for example the potatoes had been there for awhile as they were cold and almost rubbery. But understand everything else about my stay was exseptional

Extremely clean, lots of amenities , great cafe on the location with poolside service, heated pool , free can service to local areas

Everything it’s my second home

The service was excellent, the staff is very nice. It’s very clean, the pool is nice, and Bruno was a great host.

The location was excellent we have two small kids and it was a 5 min max walk to the peacock park. Also breakfast options right there too. Super central. Staff very friendly and the pool area is awesome. 100% recommend with kids

The people at the front desk were nice and the hotel was very clean. The room was very clean too. My Daughter and I felt safe staying there. We also like the gym and the pool with the pretty view. We liked that we could walk to Coconut Grove to eat and shop.

The location was amazing in Coconut Grove - so close to everything. Room itself was clean and served the purpose of what we needed, simple but clean and effective

Absolutely everything! The property was clean, luxurious, secure, and in a wonderful area! I was very impressed by all of the staff and help hospitable, caring and accommodating.

We were only here one night but wished it was longer! Fernando at the front desk was welcoming, entertaining and accommodating. He was able to get us a super early check in at the end of a holiday weekend. Fernando gave us numerous suggestions for wandering around Coconut Grove. The hotel is amazing and historic!
