It was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I felt safe.

Location was great. We were close to where we wanted to be to the parade.

Location and staff was great 👍

The hotel could use a refresh. Perfect location, perfect size property Great Value Terrific staff

Location as I had business to attend nearby, cleanliness, room.

Location was within walking distance to major sights, which was extremely convenient. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms very comfortable for family of four.

Customer service was fantastic, especially Destiny upon arrival and throughout our stay. She made us and especially our 3 year old feel like the most important guests! Credit to the Hotel. Facilities felt new, great location away from hustle/bustle but close to walk to a lot of things. Breakfast was super with staff always on hand to refill anything or cook fresh waffles as well as a espresso machine available 24/7. Suite was essentially an 1 BR apartment with seperate room, living, bathroom and kitchen. Great amount of space!

I stayed at the Voyage Hotel in New York for 10 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with the subway just nearby, making it easy to get around the city. A special shout-out to the reception staff, especially Mr. Muhammad and Mr. Ali. Their behavior and service were truly excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was really kind and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro.
