I like the attention received by receptionist J Lopez at check- in. She was the light of the night. I had a late check- in. The room i received was beautyfull and kept clean by housekeeping every day. The room had a big window with view of the pool. The waiter; Jose at the restaurant and lobby bar is super atentive and good in his work, ( he needs to be promoted)

The comfort and space of the room. Very friendly and attentive staff from the reservation process and throughout the stay. They have good security for guests. Very good food and reasonable prices. Excellent hotel for family travel.
