I love my room, I love the size of the windows. It was wonderful to look outside at see the city and table mountain. I love the area, the clicks was close enough and also Woolworth's foods. I loved their prompt respond to requests. And the food I had for dinner was amazing.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. My weekend is always a vibe when I return👌

The buffet option at the hotel was exceptional. It offered a wide range of food, drinks, and an excellent coffee selection that enhanced the breakfast experience. The staff was constantly available to assist and advise on the various choices that the breakfast menu had and all seating areas had to charge places that made it easier for one to work while having breakfast. The time allotted for breakfast was very fair, allowing for more of the guests be able to have their meals at a comfortable time. Furthermore, the hotel facilities and rooms lived up to the expectations, from the hygiene, the comfort of the bed, and the a/c which was extremely essential for the winter season. In addition, the rooms had wireless charging and a smart tv that enabled me to be entertained throughout the period when I was in the room. The restaurant on the ground floor, the Gusto Urban Italian, offers a wide range of meals & drinks that were very affordable, and the staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly, welcoming and with the proximity to the conference center, the hotel provides a safe and quick passageway for those attending meetings in the conference area. The hotel staff at the reception, security & other areas remained extremely helpful whenever I had challenges when navigating the city, the hotel facilities and swiftly responded to all inquiries I had. The hotel is well situated and easily accessible to the essential areas of Cape Town City, including the nearby mall. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting for business and leisure

Everyone ànd everything was great

So happy that we found this little GEM in Cape Town, clean, more than comfortable, personal attention from staff, nice freshly prepared breakfast, flatscreen with Netflix in the room, private parking, stores and beaches around the corner. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.
