Everything really exceeded our expectations at Uros Amaru Marka Lodge. Felix is a fantastic host. He picked us up when we were returning fro an overnight trip to Amantani Island so this saved us at least one hour as we did not have to go back all the way to Puno port. He picked us up at the beginning of the Uros channel by his boat. The room was super comfortable with superb beds and a great patio for relax. Felix took us on a 3-hour ride around few Uros islands, including the restaurant, museum and other points of interest. Very late check-out was not a problem. Really fantastic experience and host. Thank you Felix & your family (incl. a dog Falco - very friendly :-))

Beautiful rooms with big comfy beds. The view was so relaxing. We did have breakfast and dinner which was decent considering there is nothing else around. Very accomodating and clean. Every time it rained they put the outside bedding away and brought it right back after the rain stopped.

Incredible people that would organize so much for you. Very good food, transportation and they also arranged for us to join an island tour. The experience itself is really cool, but you need to put on a lot of clothes because it is going to be cold. You will never forget the water bottle.

The nicest family, always smiling and making our stay magical. We really enjoyed our 2 nights at the Utasa Lodge it was such a relaxing experience with wonderful views and the thick blankets kept us warm at night. And as an added bonus the kittens was a huge hit wit the kids. Thank you Raul and family for a lovely time.

Absolutely gorgeous space with unforgettable views. Nice home-cooked meals, very comfortable bed, you can borrow a kayak, great guided tour to learn all about how this unique village works. We loved our time here and could have spent much more than one night. Very kind and helpful family. Highly recommend!

It’s an extremely beautiful hotel, a very nice place to stay and enjoy lake Titicaca. The owner of this hotel and his family are very nice and helpful. Although it is chilly outside, they keep us comfortable inside. They also assist to arrange transportation for us.

Everything was exceptional. Mama Leia and Papa Mario treated us like family. The food Mama Leia prepared was healthy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It was my dream to live on the floating islands of Lake Titicaca. Walter and his family's lodge is one of the best places to live comfortably and observe the real life of the Uros people. I was worried that it would be cold. but the living conditions pleasantly surprised me - hot water, a large bed with duvets, huge windows through which the sun heats the room during the day and gas heaters for the evening. Walter's mother cooked delicious, fresh and healthy food for us. Walter took us on a boat ride every day and helped organize all the excursions. To work online, we needed the Internet, and in this part of the lake the mobile signal is strong enough to work. Because on the islands that are farther from the coast, the Internet connection is weak. Great experience!
