Set 500 metres from Saprokren Beach, Raja Ampat Eco Lodge offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi is offered throughout the property. We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

With sea views, TABARI DIVE LODGE is located in Pulau Mansuar and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, terrace and barbecue. Brigitte and Gef are lovely people who did everything to make our stay pleasant. The food was delicious and varied. The cabins are beautiful and well maintained. There is no air conditioning in the cabins on the island and the humidity must be 100 percent and hot... there is electricity in the evenings and sometimes in the mornings. The dives were really good. I recommend taking a close personal diving guide because the currents are very strong in the water and it is difficult to dive even for those who have a lot of diving experience.

Featuring sea views, Methos Homestay - Raja Ampat in Yennanas Besir features accommodation, a garden, a terrace, a private beach area and barbecue facilities. If you want a lovely bungalow over the water with a spectacular house reef (in either direction), look no further. All the guests agreed that the bungalows were the absolute best quality in Raja Ampat. In addition, the house reef is superb. You need to go out at least 2-3 hours on either side of high tide, but this is easy to do daily. We saw gorgeous coral and fabulous sea life including sharks, eels, sea snakes, giant cuttlefish, nudibranchs, turtles, a crocodile flathead, seahorse, and even a manta ray, as well as all kinds of fish and other critters. It is sheer heaven. From the ample deck we saw gorgeous sunsets, turtles, dolphins, fish, and even a passing whale. A cuscus often shows up for some bananas. Jonas was a great daily communicator and helped arrange boat trips to a variety of amazing locations, including nearby manta point, Gam bay (with a stunning viewpoint close to the homestay), Friwen wall, Kri, Arborek, and Mansour. This homestay and transportation were easy to book, and we had many questions answered even before arrival. I can’t recommend Methos’ homestay enough!!

Set in Yennanas Besir, Aldejus Homestay offers accommodation with a balcony. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. Just enjoyed six nights at Aldejus, diving each day with Tarzan Diving. Aldejus is a lovely homestay with friendly staff and excellent service. There are en suite western bathrooms with hot and cold running water - unusual for the area - good beds, fans and power from 6pm to 6am. Food is excellent and quite varied with fish, chicken, vegetables, fruit and more. The staff will make packed lunches on request for all-day trips. Cold beer and soft drinks are available but do bring anything else you want to drink e.g. sugar free soda and tonic water both of which are difficult to source in Papua. The island itself and Friwen village are quiet and peaceful, and pleasant to walk around. The friendly owner will help arrange transport from Sorong airport and various other activities during your stay e.g. snorkeling, birdwatching etc
