Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious, and with a great view on the lake. It is on the main road but it was pretty quiet. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was helpful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes. Pretty decent value for money in Bariloche.

Emily and Mariano and the whole staff were very welcoming and treated me like family. There was a nice common space and outdoor space to meet people and play with simona the crazy dog. I had a great time and ended up staying at the hostel twice when I returned to Bariloche!

Staff are formal but in a very pleasant and friendly way. We could do hikes from the hotel without a car/taxi which was great!

It’s located up a hill and then up a great deal of steps which isn’t the best for backpacker travel. Staff seemed uninterested and disengaged. Allowed checkin at 3am waking everyone in the dorm. At 9:30 am people still sleeping meaning no lights can be turned on without arguments -as no individual lights for beds. checked out after first night despite having paid for more.

Indoor heated pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the day and gym was decently fitted for hotel gym standards. Overall a great 4-star hotel, well worth the stay.
