location is perfect situated next to skilift . owner allowed us to use facilities whole last day.

Great location. Large sliders that open up to a large balcony with a view of the Zugspitze. Large, well stocked apartment.

It’s really nice place to stay with nice view and great location. All staffs really lovely and friendly. We love it :)

The view was amazing! We were so lucky to receive a little upgrade to the Mountain View apartment. Thanks to Mirjam :) She was so friendly and nice. The apartment has everything you need and has a small sauna in the common area. Highly recommended!

Erika is a phenomenal host, who loves her property and the town. She knows everyone and knows exactly what you should do. She’ll give you the best tips and tricks of the village, tell you where to eat, and her favorite slopes. She’s delightful with kids, and just a joy to talk to! The bread from the bakery is delicious. And the apartment itself is fantastic!

Everything about this is top notch. The staff goes out of their way to help you, the facilities are wonderful, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was great.

The view is unbelievable and the apartments are very well maintained. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly and live on site so they're available if you need anything. We will absolutely stay there again!

We took a chance and showed up a little early to see if our rooms were ready because we drove through snow and rain to get there. One of the rooms was ready but ours was not so they upgraded our room to a suite for free which was very kind of him to do. Let me tell you, when I walked into that room and saw the view, I was more than pleased and super excited. We got settled in then meet up with family in the evening for food and drinks and it was all very good. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Everyone we encountered there was so nice and friendly I would definitely stay there again.

Location is good. With lot of activities for kids and adults. Lermoos was beautiful village. View from balcony was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room and en suite bathroom were very clean, the bed comfortable, the view from the private balcony breathtaking and the price reasonable. Private parking directly at the hotel was also available. At first I was a little disappointed that there was not a small refrigerator in the room, but then realized that it was not necessary because cold drinks, including beer and wine were available on an honor system in a refrigerator in the breakfast room. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Alexandra, the owner, and her staff were extremely helpful in suggesting areas for hiking and sightseeing and recommending restaurants and also would take the time for a friendly chat. I would definitely stay at the family operated Pension Garni Hochmoos again and highly recommend it. Everyone makes you feel at home.

Everything. This is the perfect spot to base out of for mountain fun. Comfortable, kitchen has everything, and within walking distance of shops, food, and gondola. Loved the little gifts from the host. Perfect spot for a family.

The host of the property, Enes, was fabulous. We could not have had a better experience. The apartment was nicely appointed and we were asked multiple times if there was anything that we needed in the apartment! Make sure to take time to enjoy the fantastic pizza from the restaurant below. The apartment was very relaxing with an incredible view of the mountains. Simple and convenient to take the bus or train to other towns in the area to hike from other areas. Also at your doorstep are grocery stores, gelato, shops, and bike rental locations. Would return in a heartbeat!
