staff, breakfast, clean facilities, wifi

It was amazing rooms, very clean and peaceful. Very nice TV and free tea and coffee!!!💗 Very clean and nice bathroom! Everything was on top:)

Looks clean, free breakfast and convent location

Everything is was perfect, reception staff were very nice and very cooperative, breakfast is excellent, and there's a big GYM close tothe hotel with a good daily price.

This hotel is nearby the Winterthur Hbf (main train station) and there are supermarkets near the hotel. There is an elevator. The staff who checked-in, he is kind and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious, good quality, incredible! with an affordable price. This hotel will be my choice for the next trip to Switzerland.

Great place clean safe great servixea

large rooms, great location, kind and helpful staff

A very relaxing time I had here. Very comfortable. No perfume in the sheets or in the room (i am allergic and can't stand most perfumes) Great parking at the hotel. Had a chat with the cook... it was cool

The location was very convenient, it was a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 7 minutes walk to the train station. The area is very clean and secure. One can walk on the street any time. People are very polite, always greeting even strangers. I found that very fascinating. The breakfast was good except of the quality of Cappuccino which was substandard for Cappuccino lovers like me. But overall, the hotel is excellent. Shout out to Stephanie-the lady who was serving us breakfast every day ( very nice lady).

Location, nice walk into the center ( 20 mins ) and the wonderful owner and staff

It was affordable and close to groceries and public transportation

My partner and I stayed here for one night as a layover. The room was very clean and comfortable. The parking space was in the front and very accessible. We did not get a chance to cook in the kitchen but it looked very well equipped.

Great house, great value for a small family, also the host was lovely.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town and very easy to get around, with a convenient entrance from the restaurant side. The staff was outstanding — from check-in to the café team, reception, and housekeeping, everyone was warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We were traveling with a baby, and they provided a super cute crib and a teddy bear toy, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very comfortable: the rain shower was great, the beds and pillows were excellent, and with the windows closed, sound insulation was complete. We appreciated being placed on the quieter side of the building rather than facing the restaurant. Additional touches made the stay special: three complimentary drink tickets (even though we didn’t use them), safe luggage storage at departure, self check in, and a proper company invoice on request. The breakfast offered vegan and gluten-free options, including decaf coffee with plant-based milk, which was excellent. Overall, a very thoughtful and comfortable experience.

Very nice basic hotel in a great location. Very clean. Great value for money. The staff is super polite and helpfull.

Very clean and tidy. Staff is most helpful. Hospitality is great especially the kitchen, free apples and tea bags

The night staff was absolutely top, Great Help, curious, helpful, and a great smiles! Thank you!

Exactly what you want from a place like this. Tradition and cleanliness !

The hotel is just perfect. The staff is so kind, the breakfast is arranged with love and has everything you need, and there’s a great lounge and outdoor area to spend time outside your room. The free access to the movies is like the cherry on top!

We stayed at Emma Bett on our 1st night of our 15 day trip through Europe. My husband and I had the room at the top of the inn- it was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We learned that Europeans use a duvet covered comforter as the top layer. Also- no washcloths. Luckily we knew this and brought our own(washcloth) My SIL, who traveled with us some- had the very charming 1st floor room that opened to the private garden. The owners- mother/daughter - were so kind and were intent in making our stay as we expected. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next morning in their downstairs cafe. We enjoyed strong coffee, protein enriched croissants and some other delightful items. We loved the fresh flowers and tidy and clean common areas.
