The room was spacious enough for my family to sleep well (2 adults + 2 children below 12 years old)

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would especially like to thank LaZhra at the reception. She was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made a difference and made me feel very welcomed.

Only stayed one night but wish we stayed longer! This hotel is only a short walk from the station and basically in the middle of the city. Close to everything you need in Zurich. The room wasn’t too small and the high windows and ceilings made it feel very spacious. The staff were great and would defiantly stay here again.

The location is actually perfect even if we kept getting lost at the train exits- the people are very helpful though.

Location is good, nearest metro stop for town center is 1 minute walk, approx 10 minute journey or 25/30 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful, Was pleasantly surprised to see there was a balcony.

This is my third time staying here, and I keep coming back because the rooms are spacious, the staff are very helpful, the bed is extremely comfortable, and even the bathrooms are large and well-designed. I highly recommend it for couples.

The room I got was beautiful, nicely decorated and super confortable. I had everything I needed in the room. Breakfast was a big plus. Its location is walking distance to the water, restaurants and other attractions.

Comfortable bed and comforter really provides comfort. Shower floor is not slippery and cold like other hotels in Europe. Room is really great size for Europe standards. Best hotel we have stayed during this European vacation. Love the artsy design of the room - industrial yet welcoming feel. Mini bar contents are free and water dispenser at the lobby.

Fantastic location one small block away from the central station. Surprisingly large room, Comfortable bed. What else can you ask for.
