The excellent treatment of the staff. There was a football match going on and the bar was able to prepare some drinks for us viewers! Everybody super nice and the place manager very kind.

good friendly, helpful staff. clean, comfy room, own parking, great breakfast, cafe, rest in lobby

Clean, high quality, convenient location

Staff at the front desk were friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed

The hotel is very modern, which makes it quite comfortable and elegant. The restaurant is very nice with a very extensive menu, apart from the breakfast which is good. In my case, it is very central to where I had to go to work.

Great location. Room and bathroom were a good size.

The room was big and comfy, they gave us free credits for the casino, the cleaning was perfect and there was a coffee machine on the room so we could make us coffee

Softest, fluffiest towels in all of Chile! Friendly, helpful staff, great location. And the cafe just downstairs is wonderful, I had the best coffee in my two week travel . Many thanks.

Bright, spacious, modern studio apartment in great location and reasonably priced.

It completed its purpose perfectly

The room served its purpose well! The cleaning staff were thorough. It was exactly as I anticipated with no surprises. Great location for everything in the city. The bathroom was kind of small but it was fine.

I liked that it was not in the city and I could have gone for a walk on the river bed . Parking is right beside the cabin and very secure. The bed was good. Expensive restaurant one km away.

Location. Staff are wonderful. Value for money.

Beds were comfortable and location was excellent, very near the downtown.

Staff were friendly and lots of food options nearby. Breakfast was simple but good and delivered to your room. Good quality for the price in general.

Everything was clean and the staff friendly

They just reject the reservation without send me any message. I realize that the departament was not available once arrive to the building. The person that attended my phone call was unpleasant and did not offer any apologize.
