Very professional staff. Very good size room, very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. I loved the fact you are provided tea in the room. I loved using the nook to drink tea.

Fantastic room, large and comfortable , great shower. The value for money is amazing - in the West you would pay 5x as much for a room this good. Location was perfect, right by the river and convenient walk to the pagodas and also markets and restaurants at night The breakfast was generous and even had some Western options as well. The hotel helped us book excursions as well. We loved this property!

Location and amenities were great. What stood out the most, though, was Jenny. Not only did she help us book several tourist attractions (while also giving tips), but she was so kind and helpful to us. On our departure day, due to traffic congestion we were running late for our train. We had left our clothes in the drying machine, so she came out of the hotel with our bags and clothes so that we could quickly leave for the station. Staying at this hotel is worth it just because of her

The stuff was extremely helpful, generous and polite. Judy(TianTian) was our guide through experiences at the hotel and we got complimentary signature drinks of Guilin, made а DIY of a cute bookmark, had a show with birds and tried on traditional costumes of Miao ethnicity. The whole stay was very comfortable. All the assets at the hotel are working. Very clean and we had a very beautiful king size room with an amazing view on the mountains and Li river. The hotel is not far from the swimming place. And it’s convenient to take a taxi to the Moon and Sun tower and the Elephant mountain.

The staff was very helpful. They took our passports to register us at the police station. The lady at the front desk said it will take too long for us to wait around for that. But we were allowed to book in and wait for the robot to come and deliver our passports to our hotel room door. Very efficient.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, our room beautifully decorated, perfectly located with stunning views, and the staff were the true highlight. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Bruce and Alyssa who went above and beyond – they even gave us some gifts on our last day! We can't wait to return!

Lovely terrace, owner spoke good english and was very helpful and attentive, i was even invited to join his friends for dinner one night. The food was delicious and biiig portions.

We had a wonderful stay in Rong Unique Hotel - the staff was really kind and friendly (particularly as we were traveling with two babies), the room was spacious, comfortable and modern. And breakfast was nice as well. The location is also excellent!

Amazing stay at Secret Garden Lake Front! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the free e-bikes made exploring easy. Loved the fantastic massage, and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommended!
