Lodgings in Bad Reichenhall

Clean room, service, staff. Perfect communication with young lady from Slovakia on reception desk and also guy from Slovakia in the restaurant. We unfortunately do not know thier names

Pretty little town, spacious room and great bathroom - good parking on premises

Clean, great staff, good food, great location

Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Very pleasant staff. About 10 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the RupertusTherme Very varied and rich breakfast. There is a pool, children's playroom and also a playground outside. This is our second time at the hotel and we definitely recommend it!

Very nice design, broad selection of food during great breakfast in nice interior and exterior places. Comfortable rooms, great location.

Great location and restaurant was amazing.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay was in October 2024. As usual, the staff was stellar. Every request and inquiry was acted upon with a cheerful smile and prompt efficiency. They delivered 100% especially when I needed it the most. The hotel is situated across the street from the Bad Reichenhall Bahnhof (train station). No worries since the hotel has excellent soundproofing. The public areas along with the room itself were immaculate. The bathroom had all the expected amenities including hair dryer, soaps and a towel warmer. The A/C runs well and can be adjusted. There is an Aldi supermarket and a store specializing in health products and cosmetics nearby. An Italian pizza restaurant is across the street (order the spinach and salmon pizza), and a Bavarian restaurant is a few blocks away. The Avalon is a family-owned and run business so you get that special attention you can’t get at a chain hotel. I highly recommend this property.

It was perfect for a family of 4 with the 2 sets of bunkbeds. We loved being able to sit in the comfy gathering space in the evening.

I like the staff, they are friendly. I like the room, simple but comfy and with everything I need. Gläser machine top top

The staff and management was exceptional, I had some problems with my arrival dates due to changes and everybody was very accommodating and really helpful. The room was clean, quiet and cozy. Breakfast very good. Excellent experience, will come again.

Was a great place I enjoyed my time here

Comfortable bed, great location and delicious breakfast.

I have visited this property three times. The place is beautiful! The host is awesome. Great breakfast and a good menu. Food is very good. Very close to Salzburg.

The location of this place is amazing — it's the closest place to the entrance to the Rupert's spa, which is great when, warmed by the pools and saunas you want to get home right away. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all of our requests. Our room was clean and comfy, the breakfast buffet gave plenty of choices. The room has a small kitchenette with a fridge and a stove — enough to cook something when you don't want to eat out. We felt right at home during our trip and enjoyed our stay!

The staff was super responsive, the location was great and the villa was cozy. We really enjoyed our stay

Fabulous staff! Breakfast was amazing! Location is great!

Very easy to reach from the train station, great access to all the main attractions in beautiful Bad Reichenhall (especially in summer, must visit the Gradierwerk). A gorgeous historic hotel, recently and thoughtfully remodeled, with great service -- especially at breakfast.

We enjoyed the breakfast. Very attentive staff.

Nice staff, well maintained location, excellent food, silence

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. And the view of the mountain was special. Also some good walking by the river close by.
