Lodgings in Erlangen

Great staff, decent breakfast and eelcoming ambience.

Staff, manager was really nice and helpful.

We arrived very late—I think after midnight—but managed to get in thanks to a code provided by a very helpful staff member at reception. Communication was excellent; there was a decent-sized parking area, an EV charging station, a breakfast area, and a snack vending machine. I stayed for only one night, and although the place was quite busy, I didn't notice much noise.

I came really late and I asked for some snacks. There were no snacks, but the staff literally just went into the kitchen and brought me a ton of croissants :) Also I must note that in my room, the blanket was folded very originally, it was very convenient for me to use (first time I saw this approach). Finally, I had an amazing night sleep, especially, given my late arrival. In the morning at the breakfast we even made some jokes about me finally getting some proper food :D

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is in the Old City/University area and close to several restaurants. The street is relatively quiet. The hotel manager is friendly and speaks German and English. The room was clean, average size and had a mini fridge. The Schlossgarten, a large city park, is three blocks away. The closest bus stop is two short blocks away and the train station 15 minutes walk through the historic district.

Lovely place have stayed many times breakfast was not good this time though

Facility and services were excellent. Staff was very supportive.

Good breakfast and helpful staff. Close parking nearby

The room was spacious with a nice kitchen and a private bathroom. Well equipped with everything. Much better than what we get in a hotel. Also, the location was very close to the university. Loved it.

A nice hotel with two rooms. s connected between each other. It was a very good breakfast as well.

Its cleaniness,Comfortable beds, the TV set opposite the bed,the balcony and the bathroom was warm and clean. Of course, there is always somewhere to park outside no matter how big your car is.

The place has lots of charm, the restaurant of the hotel has great dinner (local traditional food: "Fränkisch"). Room was spacious and bathroom clean + functional.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. In a very calm area.

Great location next to my nephews and public transportation. Very clean, quiet and great staff. I highly recommend Art Hotel.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and air conditioning!

Everything was perfect. We even had room service and it was good. Comfortable, elegant, cozy and welcoming.

Very kind and helpful personal. And the Breakfast was also very delicious and recommendable.

The staff were really helpful and friendly

Pleasant down to earth owner of hotel. Pleasant and courteous staff.

Everything was great, easy to book, such unique and technological experience. We loved the food too!

The rooms are small but with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. It is super clean & the most professional & helpful staff! The receptionist went above & beyond to share necessary information on how to navigate the city. Breakfast is included & it is just fine. It's a small hotel, but convenient even for a longer stay. It is a good value for money. Location us excellent. Although it is just in front of the train station, it is quite, clean & safe!

We did not buy breakfast, just a pot of coffee "to go" but it looked very good!
