Large room, nice breakfast and a good swimming pool

Nice clean and comfortable place in town. Breakfast was okay. Coffee machine in the room was nice. Goslar is lovely, and we would return to the same property if visiting in the future.

The staff was just fantastic! So helpful and very multilingual. The location was perfect right across from the train station.

This was an exceptional experience. The Alte Muenze was the perfect location, the breakfast was good but the room was superb. We requested this particular room but they could not guarantee. We received the room and we were very happy. As we were checking in late, they gave us perfect instructions on how to receive the keys to our room, the parking area etc. Super helpful and friendly staff. A very idyllic and historic hotel - just positively different.

The breakfast was great. The lady who staffs it was wonderful and very jovial in the morning. She ensured that we had anything we needed and was ready to help us with questions about what to do. To add to all, the welcoming attitude of all who worked there.

The location was absolutely beautiful and the nice lady at the Guesthouse was just lovely.The balcony view was amazing.

Lovely little apartment with plenty of space. Spotlessly clean. Staff went out of their way to help me with parking/finding my way despite my lack of German.

The room is very clean and neat. I liked especially the architecture of the building and the way they're maintaining it.

I don't understand why there are so many bad review. The place is nice, the rooms are clean and the shared bathrooms are nice and clean. It is not a five star hotel but for the money you get a very nice place to sleep and stay.

Beautifully restored old building in great location in old part of town within a short walk of Centre

The location is unbeatable right in the center of town overlooking the lake, with easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the church. The lady who runs the place is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond for her guests. The hotel has a beautiful old world charm, like a place that time forgot in the best possible way and the prices feel like they haven’t moved either. Probably the best value I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Harz region.

Excellent place to stay with a pleasant walk into a beautiful town. Easy parking outside our room.

Location was excellent. It is in the center of town, but still quiet. Great restaurants in town and the Christmas market was very enjoyable. Hosts responded quickly to questions and their restaurant downstairs was very nice.
