We liked that it was close to the family that we visited. The room was a bit small, but we enjoyed the balcony facing the horse barn.

Terrific location. Right in the middle of the old town within walking distance is the castle and cathedral. You could walk to the Meißen factory but it's further. Breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and informative and efficient.

A very nice hotel in a superb historical location! Very clean, friendly staff, large and spacious room, the view from the room and from the terrace of the restaurant is magnificent!

A fairly large, comfortable room. We also enjoyed the breakfast incl. the facility. We had dinner at the adjacent restaurant; pizza and mixed salad. The pizza was slightly under-baked, I would rate it 6 on a scale to 10.

Our rooms were lovely and comfortable and all the details had been considered. The breakfast was fantastic and delicious! The table setup was so cute and gave us a wonderful morning boost. Our host went above and beyond to make sure that we were delighted. We had requested vegetarian breakfast for two of us and that was amply fulfilled! Our host was also very helpful with local recommendations and tips.

If you want to visit Meissen, I highly recommend this apartment - in the city center, but very quiet place - close to every attraction of this beautiful city. Great accommodation, very clean and tastefully decorated, I also recommend breakfast in the pension, which is a max. 3 min walk from the apartment. I really highly recommend it!

Large room, quiet location, comfy beds.

Perfect location right on Meissen's main square in the centre of the old town. Friendly and charming staff who indulged my schoolboy German. Ultra-traditional restaurant serves classic German dishes and local beer and wine. Very sizeable room. Good value. Has character.
