Very helpful and friendly staff, relaxed check in and check out. In fact, I was allowed to check in earlier on a very short notice because I arrived earlier than planned. Awesome location, great for hiking. There're also plenty of nice restaurants to eat out or have a beer after a hike. Room was comfortable even though the hotel is quite old. Everything was working and clean. Good value for the money.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony wasa bonus: seeing the highest peak of the Bavarian Alps only obstructed by a few clouds!

The location is very convenient if you want to visit the castles - it is quite close to them and you don't pay big sums of money. Beds were OK, rooms were quite big and clean enough. The parking had space for the most tenants.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty with great variety! The location is convenient not far from Fussen and castles! The staff is friendly and helpful!Greatly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was very good. You ordered what type of eggs you want and it was delicious. The dining room looked brand new. The evening and morning dining room staff were so friendly and welcoming.

It was a quiet location and a very roomy space. Beds were comfortable and I loved the balcony.

Restaurant attached was quite nice. Room was very clean, ready early. Well located. Very nice, old school luxury feeling to the hotel. I enjoyed it and would recommend!

My favorite thing is they offer free breakfast with your stay!! It’s about 25 minutes from Neuschwanstein Castle. Also has a restaurant attached to the hotel.

The view from our balcony was stunning. We had evening cocktails and morning coffee on our balcony, enjoying the views. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. We arrived on our bicycles and the location was right on the bike path. The hotel had a very secure room to store and charge our bikes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a decent breakfast set up.

Cozy Hotel managed by a kind-hearted family. The entire ambient of the hotel during a skiing vacation was just perfect. Breakfast was good. Common area with available beverages always accessible. Proximity to different ski slopes.

It was very nice and had so many great amenities

Perfect overnight stop before heading to Neuschwanstein early the next morning. The hotel is family owned, and they provided personal touches that made our stay very comfortable and cozy. (Lit, fragrant candles in the stairwell and hallway, towel warmers in the bathroom, chocolates on the pillows, and very comfortable beds.) Parking is very convenient directly out front, and the location is walking distance to several lovely restaurants. Breakfast and coffee were delicious - a perfect start to the day. I highly recommend a stay here if you are passing through the area.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is in walking distance of the town center with its coffee shops and supermarket. The wifi was OK. Heating worked perfectly. There were plenty of parking spaces which could be used. Overall it was a very quiet stay with lovely views.

The comforting apartment allows for serenity and bliss as you enjoy the beautiful Mountain View from every window.
