Lodgings in Getafe

The room was very clean and comfortable, with the bonus of having its own private garage. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in easy and pleasant. The location is perfect if you’re traveling by car. You can quickly access the highway, and there’s a cafeteria and gas station nearby. It was exactly what we needed for a convenient and relaxing overnight stay.

The room was very cozy and very clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. I wasn't having breakfast (I usually do not have breakfast) but the breakfast looked amazing. The restaurant, which is actually at the lobby of the hotel, was very cozy and the food was petty delicious.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel! Maybe re consider the location if you’re looking forward a more central spot of the city. But the staff, facilities, everything was a 10/10. There’s a mall right around the corner, with a food court and many stores. Getting to central Madrid is quite hard but that was our own fault. This hotel’s amazing!

Cleanliness, comfortably, stuff

Close to metro train. Staff were exceptional. When husband needed shower vs tub transfered to one that did.

The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The instructions for entering the facilities are wonderfully detailed and straightforward, making the process seamless and stress-free.

A hotel in the industrial zone did not sound good in the beginning, but we tried it and did not get disappointed. The area is quiet at night. The hotel and the parking is under 24 hr surveilance. You can park your car for only 3 euros per 24 hrs between buses and trucks, but it is guarded all the time. Metro station is 30 min walk away or you can drive there and leave there your car while you go to the city (if you need, of course). On the way there is Lidl food store. In the hotel on the ground floor there is a restaurant. The stuff and the guards are very kind and helpful. If you come late on Saturday or Sunday and find the door of the hotel closed, don't be disappointed, go directly to the guard to the left from the hotel, where cars drive in, and the guard will give you keys from the room and explain you everything. If I am asked what I would lkie to improve, it would be good to have a fridge to keep some snacks and a kettle, for in the evening or at night to find some caffee service in the area is problematic.

The appartment is clean and welcoming, has everything needed for a short stay. Host was always responsive and checkin instructions were detailed and easy.
