Good breakfast, good facilities, beautiful room and comfy bed!

I have traveled to more than 20 countries, and I can honestly say this was one of the best budget hostels I have stayed in. The value for money was excellent, and the overall experience was better than I expected. The living area was really great. There was a microwave, a kitchen, and enough space to sit, relax, eat, or even get some work done. I really appreciated having a comfortable common area like that during my stay. The rooms were also in good condition, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt organized and easy to use, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect. If you are looking for a budget friendly hostel with good facilities, a nice atmosphere, and comfortable rooms, I would definitely recommend this place.

The airport shuttle times made it very convenient to line up our check-out time and flight out. I appreciated how the staff arranged both hotel rooms near each other. So my family stayed near each other.

It was clean and comfortable, the only room available was one with a double bed and a single bed, this gave us a huge room with lots of space. The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure.

The bed was super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Furthermore, breakfast was very varied.

The staff were so kind and helpful when I was trying to find the location. The room was beautiful and I appreciated the accessibility when it came to the shower and an elevator and all that.

The room was very big, very modern and extremely clean. It had a kitchenette and separate working space with desks and resting area with a big bed and separate sofa and tv corner. There was a lot of storage, it'd be very suitable for a longer stay. The hotel had a good gym. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Modern and comfortable apartments, nice and relaxing

We have been clients since 2006, and we love the Hotel in all aspects: people, facilities, and location. We always feel at home at the Eurostars Mirasierra.

Very big and clean room. Bed is large and comfortable. Large, closed and secured parking in front of hotel. All staff are great especially young lady on our check in.

Quiet place. Very comfortable and in a very good area near universities and metro is 3 min away.

The aparthotel was very clean and pleasant.

Location, safety, cleanliness, size of the apartment and comfort

I like that it was cleaned and well organized. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as the beds. It has all that was needed.

Location was more than great! Balcony with the Gran Via view in front. The staff was really nice. We stayed in a private room and it was perfect for us, the bed, the space. Honestly ZERO complaints!

Super value! Great location just around the corner from Gran Via. Great food spots and night life nearby, shopping, metro, etc. Loved my little capsule - slept like a baby all three nights. Capsule was clean, spacious enough for one person and the bed was comfy. Felt like living in a space pod. While some noise is to be expected as there are many capsules in one hall, it was 0 problem for me. Expect to wake up around 10-11 when staff cleans out checked out capsules. Shared toilets and showers were clean, there was warm water and good pressure in the shower - better than most hotels ;) Friendly staff. It's like a clean hostel with private rooms. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for cheap accommodation in the dead center of Madrid.
