United States of AmericaThis is the 2nd Woohoo we stayed at in Madrid on our trip. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bunk bed is in its own small room so there is a bit of privacy. Great room for a family. The bonus of Woohoo is the staff. at both locations, the staff were extremely kind and helpful with great English. Our bags were delayed a day and the staff at Woohoo were incredibly helpful with the communication with the airport.

CanadaIt was part of a group of small rooms and baths inside of what appeared to previously be a flat. It is located in a good shopping area in one of the best areas in Madrid. The room was modern, clean and air conditioned with a small balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. The room had a safe and the shower was nice. Staff were present day hours into the early evening.
