Location: The hotel has an excellent location — just a 3-minute walk to both the metro and bus stations. It only takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach Puerta del Sol, the main square with the famous Bear and Strawberry Tree statue.
Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kindly offered us coffee, milk, and some simple breakfast items, which was a lovely touch.
