Our room was large and quiet, with plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases. The bed was comfy and bathroom of a good size with both bath and separate large shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. The aircon worked well. Location is excellent being nearby to many attractions and restaurants.

The staff of both the building and of the pension were all so kind and amazing! From the first morning I arrived they made me feel welcome and at home. The bed is very comfortable, and the large sink is good for doing your hair and makeup. There are a lot of hangers for your clothes, and the electric kettle was much appreciated! After a busy day in Madrid, returning to the pension felt like coming home! Also, the free 001 bus stops right in front at Neptune fountain, and Museo del prado is just five minutes away!

The staff were extremely helpful! Staff are present 24hr a day! The location is in a perfect position, very clean - daily cleaning. The room was very comfy and had everything in it. Would definitely book the same room again if I were to visit Madrid again!
