The staff especially Feryal who took care of all recommendations and trip guidance with each single detail and Silvia who took care of our breakfast with smile. The location was perfect and the rooms were acoustically comfortable in spite the busy street down the building .

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable with plenty of space and incredibly friendly staff. Close to the center but far enough from the transportation and crowds. The afternoon free snack that was offered was a nice treat of fruit, small sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. Just what you need before venturing off to another round of sigthseenig.

Firstly we arrived there at 7 am and our check-in time was 3, the receptionist lady did everything for us and we checked in at 7 am can you imagine? This was incredible ❤️. In the hall there are cold water options and it's super good. The room design was incredible and was similar in photos. In my room there were 2 beds together but they were very huuuge it was like 2 king beds together. And the mattress was like clouds, sooo comfortable and i slept like never before. Breakfast variations were soo many and different every day ❤️. On the last day we had baggage and the hotel kept the baggage as much time as we wanted. I read some bad reviews before i booked this hotel and i was scared but EVERYTHING WAS STUNNING!!! I don't know how people can lie in such an evil way!

The location, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. All hotels should have the same Housekeeping staff as the Catalonia Plaza Mayor. Air conditioning was good.
