Beautiful kept simple apartments with a quaint feel to the place. Gardens well cared for and an overall relaxed atmosphere here. It was my second time staying.

The pool, the breakfast, the staff and everything was amazing. Every room has its own private garden, which is amazing too. We had also amazing dinners on very reasonable price.

I've stayed in lots of big resorts and I truly appreciated the relaxed vibe of this one. My little lad could easily navigate the buffet. Plenty of space around the pools. Evening buffet worked well with a price for children. Very good value and plenty of fresh, well cooked food. Location worked well. Quick cheap taxi ride to Aqualand and Sioux city. He loved playing cowboy! We got the bus to playa Amadores. Walked down the hill. Just 10 mins and got there for under 5 euro. Water obstacle Park again great value, all day wristband for 25 euro. I'd bought 45 mins in advance of the day for 10 euro and they just let me upgrade it. We also had a surf lesson at Canaries surf school in Playa De Ingles. Great teaching from a British guy, all very enthusiastic and supportive. Loads of free photos made available after. Staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. I think that they were the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. Whenever I needed help, they went above and beyond. I felt so safe in the hotel as a single parent and popping to local shops etc. Really and truly a lovely break. I return home energised, with great memories and ready to try surfing again...

Solved and helped us throughout the stay. My partner broke her foot the first day and they didn’t hesitate to move everything so it’s more comfortable for her, gave us multiple solutions, best reception and amazing staff overall.

I like the cleanest, the quiet of the room. There is some construction in the street you can hear in the morning. The resort is new and has a restaurant and a nice rooftop with a jacuzzi.

Very quiet, comfortable apartment 1/2 block off the main walk way along the beach. Lovely balcony with view of the dunes and lagoon area with ocean in the distance. Very short walk to the bus stop and local shopping area. The pool is small but very nice with loungers, umbrellas and seating area. Not over crowded when we were there.

Excellent location, cozy atmosphere, and friendly environment from day one. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back in the future.

I get confused with date of arrival and departure and thanks to wonderful, professional and so helpful receptionist Karina I was able to to stay this extra days in spite of hotel being fully booked She was exceptional and kind person and all the staff was super Also Erica , so understanding

This was our second visit and the hotel certainly lived up to expectations. The staff without exception are all so helpful and attentive and made out stay so enjoyable. We definitely plan to return.

Great place with highly professional staff, pool, jacuzzi, small basic outdoor gym and sauna are all clean and well maintained. Queen sized bed and all amenities included, will be back here if again in Gran Canaria.

I had an incredible experience with stay at Maspalomas Princess Hotel during my trip to Gran Canaria . From the moment I arrived at Hotel, reception welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly greeting. It instantly made me feel welcomed. - food is always available and good types and assorted items can get you through the day without having to worry about it. - beverages are always served in restaurants and bars outside and close to the swimming pools. - there are nice guys from animation team with always having fun with them and making happy all the guests. It was heartwarming to stay with best hotel and so generous and kind.

Daniela made check in a positive experience. The welcome drink is a blessing with the dehydration of travel. I had help with luggage so I could have heating / cooling system explained. I used both the pool and the gym.

I liked the silence, The half board was rich enough and satisfying for all different kinds of guests. The pool was clean, everything was ok

We have been there so relaxed and happy. It is a quiet hotel, not overcrowded. The bungalows look very private and nice. I love their garden and sunbathe terrace. The food choices were exactly enough, not too much, and not too less. The personnel were friendly and very supportive from day 1 until the end. The location takes a walk to the promenade of Meloneras about 3 km, but after all, it is good for us to walk, not just lay down sunbathing. Some people rent a bike. Others rent a car. We did rent a car via hotel for 3 days. It was a good choice, so we discovered the mountains and beautiful picturesque villages (Tejeda, Fataga, San Bartolome de Tirajana, Teror, Lanzarote and so on). I didn't expect to see all the 4 time seasons on a tiny island like Gran Canaria. It gets 5 degrees Celsius in mountains, whereas the coastline is warm between 25-30 degrees Celsius under sunlight. Amazing astonishing nature with many hiking trails. The views on the way are breathtaking.

The hotel as very family and child friendly. We had an upgrade into a 2 - bedroom bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. The playground was nice, as we all the dedicated staff for kids entertainment.

A repeat holiday ( been here half a dozen times or more) we love it for a short break to just chill and relax a big thank you to the lovely lady on reception and the office staff who helped us solve a question about a future booking, every thing is clean and tidy and the food is excellent

We came to the tenis tournament held in the tenis club next door,so location for us was brilliant. Clean,friendly stuff,quiet, in the bungalow kitchen you can find everything you need if decide to cook.
