All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is well situated for a short break with a tram stop opposite which we used to travel up and down to see the lights.

Everything was lovely, the breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful. Staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it will be the only place we book from now on.

A high thank you to David and Shane, they made our stay a pleasure. On arrival I wasn't feeling un well and couldn't get warm David gave us an extra heater for the room which was already warm enough if I wasn't unwell. The beds were really cozy and comfortable so it didn't take me long to fall asleep and get a good night's rest. Breakfast was a 10 tasty plenty to eat and a friendly morning greeting. Would recommend to stay here and will definitely return in the summer. Thank you David and Shane
