Lodgings in Rotherham

Perfect size room for a family of 5 Exceptionally clean the cleaning staff were amazing am a cleaner for a living and they were spotless Swimming pool was an added bonus kept the kids entertained however there was an age restriction on the jacuzzi so had two upset children most the time in the pool because they couldn’t understand why the couldn’t go in Breakfast was amazing All towels included even for the pool All bath products also included Will definitely be going again

The room was great size, clean and lovely and warm. Shower was great. Parking free and plenty of spaces. Fantastic hotel for the money. But the best part was the lovely lady on reception who was so friendly and welcoming.

It was a really nice area to stay in, the room was always kept clean and the staff are fast and friendly to do any job they can for you

Very comfortable and wonderful reception staff. Full English breakfast!!!! Will stay at this chain again on next visit. They even offer a feather pillow!!!

Hats off to the guy name Farjad he gave great customer service to us, Amazed by his hardwork. Room was really clean. Very comfortable Stay

Staff friendly, clean, warm and good food, close to the venue we attended and a quick ride to the train station.

The staff here went above and beyond, I couldn't be more grateful.

It was a good, clean, friendly welcoming hotel The lady on the reception was very friendly. Very helpful. Anything we needed she got for us. All in all I would recommend this place as a budget hotel, it was cheap and very cheerful.

The room was great, perfect silence and not too hot. Clean bedding and a good shower. Power and USB power next to the bed, lamp too. The property is obviously half way through a refurb, but if you ignore the hallway/reception being rebuilt the rooms are great. Those skylights are on the upper floor are REALLY going to need either tints or blinds in the summer though, or the rooms will be VERY hot during our increasingly hot summers.

Great value, pizza place and corner shop right across road. Comfortable beds. TV in room for YouTube etc, complimentary coffees, soap and shower gel. I enjoyed the lack of staff as the check in was a breeze, just one phone call and within 2 mins we were in our room. CCTV cameras all over the hallways and entrance .

Affordable, good location, great host, homely facilities, 100% recommend. The host- Safina was great from the start, she answered our questions and messages quickly. She provided clear information about the check-in process and checked in to see if we needed anything. I stayed here with my husband and we both really enjoyed our stay at the property. We stayed in one of the 2 rooms on the 1st floor. The room was neatly arranged and everything was prepared intentionally. There were towels available, bottles of water, some much needed chocolate, also the room had a fridge, kettle, fan and TV. The bathroom was really tidy and felt like home. We shared it with another occupant from the other room on the floor with no issues. If you're in Sheffield and need a stay, I 100% recommend.

The jacuzzi was already set up and ready to go on our arrival

Having the whole house and garden to move about in We ordered a Chinese and it not only was the best Chinese takeaway we have had, it arrived very quickly. Despite the rips, one cue and not enough room to pull the cue back, having the pool table was a lovely way to spend the evening and breakfast. If it had been a nice evening it would have been nice to go out on the patio and there was a bbq there to use.

My daughter had the best time here, she is 7 so kids around that age will have a ball even when the main park is closed the indoor area (mayhem manor) is more than enough fun for the kids, rooms are lovely and staff were brilliant overall a really lovely stay and will definitely go again for longer next time

Easy access, very clean hotel and friendly staff

I am a business traveller and need accommodation for two nights per week while working at the office. I commute from Liverpool, and after staying in most of the hotels in Rotherham, I finally found an excellent place where I intend to continue staying for the coming months. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable family rooms, and a major advantage is that there is a fine restaurant located diagonally opposite the property, offering halal food options. The shower facilities are exceptional, with excellent water pressure, and the complimentary coffee is of very good quality. Fresh towels are always provided, and the room is consistently clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the money paid.

The location, the facilities eg. Towels, toilet paper, kitchen was fully equipped. Parking space.

Host very friendly & helpful, gave clear instructions regarding facilities and security. Excellent price for midweek. Fridge, microwave and kettle in room plus use of kitchen if required. Clean towels and toiletries available. Shared bathroom had very clean toilet and wash basin. Room upstairs at the back so not disturbed by traffic. Felt safe as a solo “older” female. Very comfortable bed with an option to plug in an electric blanket.
