Lodgings in Spetses

A short 5 minute walk to the port . The owner was friendly, informative and was above helpful for directions and to recommend restaurants in the area. The front reception is open, bright, and very welcoming. The rooms were clean, big and had everything you would need. Complimentary water in the fridge upon arrival. The bathroom was perfect , bigger than most in Greece. The location was quiet , rarely any vehicles/motocycles.

Location in the port is excellent.

the staff, the port pick up and drop off our luggage, the extra care, the lovely breakfast, the cleanliness and overall size and quality of the room. Quiet, and just lovely

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Everyone was very friendly. The room we had with the loft with two beds upstairs was perfect for our family. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious each day with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Location, view, comfort, spaciousness

Everything it was an awesome stay❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was fun to stay with hosts who run their place directly and are very charming, people who themselves enjoy the island and can give you good tips. Everything was in tip top shape.

Phenomenal location in an old school island house. Staff was great, always available to help, room was comfortable if not a bit dated (but that's kind of the charm). The shower was amazing! Hot water, great pressure, and with the bathroom window open I could take a shower while looking out over the boats on the water! Definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Very nice renovated traditional house for our stay and excellent stay.

Great location, super friendly team and a lovely breakfast

Very comfortable rooms. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

The property was in a good location between both the port and the harbour. It is immaculate throughout with the prettiest gardens and breakfast area. The room was a good size with a big wardrobe and huge comfortable bed. I loved the quality of the bed linen which felt like a five star hotel. Even the pillowcases were embroidered with the hotel name.

Picking up the keys was super easy everything was ready, clear, and hassle‑free. Our stay at Casa di Spetses was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, with everything prepared exactly as expected. The house is beautifully kept, easy to settle into, and offers a relaxing environment that made our time on the island truly enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth experience that we would happily recommend.

Very good breakfast both the food and the ambiance. Best location in the island. Very professional staff.

I’m so glad I chose Yayaki Spetses out of all the options. This hotel is truly special. Not only is it beautiful and aesthetically charming, but the staff also made me feel incredibly welcome. They catered to any experience I wanted, whether it was renting an ATV or arranging a boat cruise to explore all the gorgeous beaches. Plus, they provided a delicious breakfast and a lovely lunch package with some amazing wine. It was definitely one of the highlights of all the trips I’ve taken.

Beautiful villas, great location,Amazing hosts!!! Very welcoming couple. Everything was great! 💕

Beautiful hotel with a very nice pool. Great location

Lovely friendly staff and great easy location. The room was modern and clean and had great tea and coffee.

We had a lovely stay, the villa is just a 5 min walk from the port, with amazing view (we had a room with a balcony on the first floor), super friendly host he gave us a lot of recommendations, he is the sweetest person.

The location is perfect - a few blocks from the lively waterfront area. The guesthouse is impeccably maintained and the courtyard sitting area is beautiful. The owners take amazing care of the property and the landscaping is beautiful. We stayed in a room with a separate kitchen and it was nice to have the extra room for the 3 night stay. The hosts are very welcoming- they made us feel so comfortable. The sea view from the room and balcony was beautifull. Overall, just a great place to stay.

We felt very welcomed by Kalomira and her family. They were very helpful and kind. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning. It was easy to get around by foot from Villa Kalomira to everywhere we wanted to go. We felt very relaxed returning from the beach to our comfy beds and the air conditioning every day. I would love to return, and recommend it highly both for friends and couples!

The host was lovely and held our luggage after we completed our first booking and until we returned from the islands for our second stay. A well-equipped place with two spacious rooms.

We had a great stay around Mare Monte! Spotless clean suite, very friendly staff, beautiful surroundings with a very nice garden and great views and the breakfast was also very nice! Definitely recommended!
