Lodgings in Labin

Wow. Staff was so nice, room was very comfortable and thoughtfully planned (light switches for the room are by the door and by the bed!), fast WiFi, ammmmazing breakfast, free parking. I enjoyed the restaurant for dinner too and was impressed by the design and utility of the weather flexible terrace roof and side panel designs (staff was able to change the direction of the roof and bring down side panels to block out wind and leaves from an approaching storm) while still giving us a wonderful view). Breakfast had so many tasty options, delicious omelet and cappuccino machine and fruit bowl, teas, yogurt, etc. The bed was so comfortable too!

We loved that the property was right in the heart of old Labin. We were able to walk around and sight see. The breakfast and coffee was amazing and such a perk during travel. The rooms were clean and so was everything around it. Short drive to anywhere in the Labin area!

This was my second (and won’t be last) stay in this mini boutique hotel with (I think) 7 rooms and all was again great… location wise it’s in the main square of the old town, always clean, the staff is punctual and cordial, the rooms are luxy and clean, the breakfast is A++. For how cozy and reliable it is I think Terra is also very reasonably priced. Only great things to say about Terra.

Apartment was clean and well kept. The host was attentive to our needs very quickly. We had a situation with a rain storm and the lights went out. They quickly turned them back and and immediately asked if everything was OK. The host was so kind to us. We would highly recommend coming back.

Charming accommodation, clean. I was worried about the parking a bit, but we haven't had any problems with it. You get a special pass for the old town parking - very convenient.

Location is great, it's 5 mins walk from main square but there are no noise from bars/concerts. Owners are very helpful and trying to solve any problems ASAP. We arrived in the day when city center was closed due to concert, owner met us and showed a way via open hidden streets 🙂 Apt is bit old, but everything is perfectly clean and functioning. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need, including kitchen towels, soap etc. Its very convenient that you don't need to buy those small things yourself. Comfortable bed, mosquito nets, private parking .

Excellent location, very big and comfortable apartment, amazing host who even helped us with fixing our bicycle.
