We had a wonderful stay at The Westin. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect — close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Highly recommend!

Nice location, clean, parking, friendly personal

Very good location, very kind and friendly staff. Everything was enough in the rooms, comfortable beds, other facilities etc. the breakfast really nice, with a lot of variety of food. Parking was also included for free. Thank you for your service. Good luck in everything

Our first stay of the two - with a weekend away -- was fantastic. The room on the fourth floor was close to the elevator but quiet, it was exceptionally clean and cleaned well every day. The evening housekeeper Jackie was an absolute angel, and Milos at the hotel bar a great bartender, very personable. Breakfast was terrific, and the eggplant parmigiana at the hotel restaurant out of this world. The pool was great.

The hostel has only been open for two weeks, and everything already feels well organized and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. You can really feel the care and good energy they put into making guests comfortable. Everything was also very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable.

It was perfect. I was in Zagreb for a conference and stayed here at the recommendation of the organizer. Everything was perfect, the rooms are clean, big, and well equipped, and the staff is wonderful.

Accomodation, location, stuff, the restorant, food

Great locatin for our purposes. The hotel is in a proces of renovation, so upon our arrival, we where upgraded to a rom in a renovated part of the building where everything is new. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpfully and pleasant.

Comfy and clean room, nice breakfast and friendly stuff. There is a free public parking just across from the hotel.

Easy communication with the owner. Easy checkin. Parking provided in front of the hotel. Perfect for 1 night stay near the Zagreb highway (a few minutes away from highway). Quite and no noise so easy to sleep. Also there is a pool!

The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent—close to the shopping mall and also a short drive from Zagreb Airport. Everything was well organized, and we had a great stay.

It is very large room. White interior, absolutely beautiful. We would rent from them again.

Excellent location and very beautiful site, we loved how cozy and clean the hotel was. Definitely worth the money. I would like to point out the wonderful bathroom products from local producer Beobaza. Breakfast in the morning was matching our expectations. Will gladly book again :)

I was absolutely delighted with my stay! The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the amenities top-notch. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. We booked a room with balcony on the 4th floor. The facility has a very nice garden and a common area where you can relax/work and cook food. The receptionists have been always kind and supportive.
