The hotel was wonderful as well as the staff! Parking was made so simple, location was perfect , breakfast was very good, room exceptionally comfortable ( and no stairs😊). Best was our concierge! She was so patient with all our questions and gave us excellent dinner advice . Also liked our bartender ! Highly recommend for a stay in Zadar !

The property was incredibly convenient to explore Zadar. We parked just outside the city walls and it took us about seven minutes to walk to the apartment. The host was very accommodating. The place was very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is simply a gem. Spacious and comfy room and very clean. The staff was very helpful and made us feel extra special. The manager Matea was able to resolve an error made by the Parking Attendent in the Old Town. The Cleaning Lady helped us eith a load of dirty laundry and the morning staff made a fantastic breakfast with care and petsonal care. Parking and Breakfast are included with your stay.

Visitors should know that this hotel is basically only for families with young children. Everything here caters exclusively to families. Our room had a small room with two beds for our kids, and it also had a small rock climbing wall and chill area which they really enjoyed. The hotel offers an indoor climbing park, climbing wall, a movie theatre, and a water slide. The pool is amazing. It's large, deep, and offers a lot of areas for kids to explore. As if that wasn't enough, there are several areas for toddlers, as well as a park with various play structures. The "beach" is also nice with various nooks and crannies to explore and loungers everywhere. There are many staircases into the sea if you explore the beach path. The food is the best we had in all Croatia. The selection is excellent, and virtually everything we tried was tasty. They have a full blown candy store for kids to visit after dinner. We were here for 5 days and we wish we could've stayed longer.

One of the best hotels I've been so far. Exclusive huge private area is so beautiful with stunning views, breakfast is great, as also lunch in a bistro and dinner in restaurant. Overall very relaxing experience, and there is breeze every day from the sea that makes it comfortable even in hottest days.

I consider myself a guest without too many expectations. I need a comfortable bed, a bathroom and a small closet to put my things in. Cleanliness is important to me. My breakfast is almost minimalist: black coffee, bread and butter. The hotel met all my expectations, and even exceeded them. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. A special bonus is the free parking, which is always available.

Parking was available in front of the hotel. Reception was very professional and welcoming. Our room was just as pictured, There was a large bathroom with shower gel. Lovely fragrance. Breakfast was a buffet and you could order your eggs.Eggs Benedict was awesome. Outside swimming pool was great for cooling off in August. Towels are supplied. Thanks to Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping for making our stay so welcoming.

A very pleasant stay . Very clean and facilitate. The room was big , bed was clean and comfortable. There is a closet locker to every bed. I liked the location , which is between the bus terminal to the old city in a peaceful neighborhood.

The downstairs apartment is very comfortable staying in. Parking spaces are right next to the house. There is an abundance of plants and flowers around the house which looks really beautiful and also makes for some extra shade in the sun. Host communicates quicky, friendly and he was able to provide us with our requests. If you have your own car I would recommend booking this accommodation because many city sights are within a short 10min driving distance from the accommodation.

We spend a week in this apartment and it was really great. All the rooms were clean and fresh. The standard is really high. You can leave your car in the undergroud garage. It is not far from the sea. It's a great place for your vacation.

The location: the best! It is in the old town, right in the middle of everything, the best restaurants, cafes, shops, the sea… everything is a short walking distance. Even though you are in the middle of everything the apartment is like an oasis of peace, very quiet and calm. Excellent for a good night sleep, comfortable, clean and well decorated. Everything you need!

It’s an excellent place for a vacation. Very clean. Well equipped apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family sometimes to cook and enjoy local produce. The proximity to everything essential is amazing. Malls , super markets , beaches , even the promenades are walkable like 20 mins approx. The place is also in a nice silent neighbourhood and we enjoyed being there with a kid.

Everything was perfect! It is extremely homey indeed. The apartment looked recently renovated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had everything we could need and even more. The attention to detail is remarkable. After a 2 week trip, staying in several accommodations, this was the best one so far. I’d definitely recommend and stay there again next time I go to Zadar.

Everything! Perfect accommodation. Exceptionally equipped, tidy and with its own parking space. In addition to the living room, the air conditioner is also in the bedroom, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back again.

Very well-equipped apartment, it's clear that the guests' comfort is the owner's main priority. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with, easy check-in even after midnight. Although the accommodation is outside of the centre, getting around by Uber is comfortable and cheap.

Beautiful new apartment with all mod cons and a lovely enclosed garden and just a 10 minute walk to the old town. Nice restaurant & bakery close by. It's a quiet area & felt very safe. 25-minute walk to the beach, but people just jump in the water in the old town, always carry your swimsuit! Our host was wonderful & had the apartment ready early for us, even giving us a parting gift. It was a fabulous holiday in fabulous accommodation! Thanks so much, we will be back.!
