Hotels in Zagreb City Centre, Zagreb

The breakfast was great. Staff at the hotel was very helpful. Having a free parking location with easy access in this part of town is a bliss. The hotel is fairly close to all the places you want to visit.

The breakfast restaurant staff are very friendly and with exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Charlie and Dragica, also to Gilbert, Alejandro, Christian and Anka. You made our 6 nights stay memorable and enjoyable! Each hearty breakfast gave us a good start to explore the city. Hvala!

Exceptional Customer Service 👌

Very nice and well decorated for xmas

By far THE BEST hotel in Zagreb. All the facilities and the restaurant/bar are outstanding. The location is perfect, very central. And the staff is the right mix of kind and very professional, at the same time. Our favorite hotel in Zagreb! ❤️

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast great and we add also amazing dinner that was part of an autumn deal in the hotel that included also massage. In conclusion, everything was perfect!

Great hotel Super location, close to city center Food is ok Huge bed, comfort, clean. I loved the balcony too. Parking garage below the hotel! Male employee at a reception (i dont know his name) who was there during our check in and check out - amazing guy, polite, helpfull, kind. All compliments from my side. Our next visit to Zagreb, this hotel would be our choice for sure

Nice location, staff really friendly and helpful.

Location is fantastic, park near the hotel, fantastic experience. Nice place to stay with family. Everything is close, main square, train and bus station, mc donalds, etc...

The room was even better than it is in picture; it was gorgeous. The staff were all nice and accommodating. Its location was perfect as it was only a stone throw away from a tram stop, making it convenient to travel from one point to another. I would like to mention how nice the staff were as I usually leave early for my tours and they made sure that I have a packed breakfast with me in my 2-day stay. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Location, breakfast, room and staff were excellent. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel.

Awesome hotel with an awesome location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we arrived 1h30min before check in time but our room was already ready. Private parking is beneficial so you don't need to think about it. Overall an awesome experience so far.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Clean rooms, fun décor. Friendly staff. Thank you so much to night receptionist Sandra for the cold medication at 4am!!

The location is perfect , no need to take any transportation.

Great boutique hotel, around the clock very professional front desk, super clean, perfect location, maybe a 10 minute walk to the main square. If you choose to keep the window closed they block any outside noise. Great value and would definitely stay there again.
